Kentucky Health News published
a story July 10 about a national database revealing that staffing levels at nursing homes weren't as good as the industry has made them out to be. Last week the
Adair County Community Voice used the data to do a local story. We salute them for it, because many local newspapers avoid going out of their way to report unfavorable information about local businesses. In this case, the Community Voice is looking out for the interests of its readers, which should come first.
